Welcome back, Superhuman. AI mainly lived in chatbots during the first half of the decade. But as we enter the late 2020s, it’s steadily moving into the physical world, supercharging everything from massive excavators to toothbrushes.

Today: Anthropic releases Fable 5.1, how to do professional product photography with ChatGPT, and get the latest prompts and trending social posts.

TODAY IN AI

See how Dyson’s AI-powered toothbrush works. Source: Dyson.

1. Anthropic releases its most powerful model yet: Claude Fable 5.1 specializes in knowledge work, coding, and multi-step work. It also costs roughly 25% less than Fable 5 on token-based billing plans and blocks 60% fewer false positives for cybersecurity prompts, addressing two complaints with its predecessor. Mythos 5.1 is also available through Anthropic’s trusted access programs. Learn what’s new with Fable 5.1.

2. New model generates 3D environments from almost any input: Fei-Fei Li’s World Labs just released Atlas, a model that can take any text, image, or video input and expand it into an immersive digital world. It can also render any camera angle, letting you rotate and move around within the environments it creates. The lab calls it an “omni world model for spatial intelligence.” Request early access here.

3. Dyson launches an AI-powered toothbrush that flosses for you: The CameraJet is a camera-equipped toothbrush that takes 28 images per second while you brush, identifies gaps in your teeth, and fires a stream of mouthwash into the gap. It’s powered by an algorithm trained on over 470,000 dental images to correctly identify where to clean. Watch the AI toothbrush in action.

AI is changing how organizations approach security. As attackers use AI to identify vulnerabilities and accelerate exploitation, security teams need operational strategies that can keep pace.

The AI Threat Readiness Playbook provides a practical four-pillar framework to help security leaders strengthen their programs and prepare their organization for AI-enabled threats.

Learn how to:

  • Reduce critical attack surface exposure

  • Improve zero-day response and remediation

  • Strengthen application security with AI-assisted analysis

  • Modernize detection and response using AI-driven workflows

FROM THE FRONTIER

AI is spreading across construction sites, including into the machines themselves

Made with Midjourney

AI has already proved it can help customers find and buy construction supplies in chatbot form:

  • Lowe’s Mylow AI is converting users at 3X the rate of regular online shoppers, while the company’s in-store tool Material List speeds up the checkout process by turning handwritten notes into digital quotes instantly.

  • Home Depot’s Magic Apron now offers customized guidance at a per-store level, after receiving an expansion due to positive feedback on its pilot program.

  • 3M debuted Ask 3M in June, a chatbot trained on 60,000 products, rather than the open internet. It’s designed for niche questions, like telling you which adhesives are best for bonding carbon fiber to aluminum sheeting.

Now AI’s role is expanding to the construction site itself.

Building intelligence right into equipment

Caterpillar is integrating its Cat AI Assistant directly into excavators through a partnership with Nvidia, allowing operators to ask questions, troubleshoot problems, and surface repair procedures. The company debuted the feature at last year’s Consumer Electronics Show, and is now making a bigger push into fully-autonomous equipment.

The company’s CTO, Jaime Mineart, said AI is driving a broader shift: as machines grow more autonomous, operators may move from controlling a single machine to managing a fleet of them from a remote command center.

Meme of the day

👀 Fable 5.1 in Action: The internet has already found a niche use case for Anthropic’s most powerful model — generating videos using code, especially valuable for enhancing websites or personal portfolios.

🤯 Black Magic: Former Meta developer Jack Steinerman called the new Atlas model from World Labs “black magic” with the way it lets you step inside photos.

🤑 Bill Advisor: It’s time to start asking AI about every large bill before you pay it. One Redditor claims ChatGPT saved them $1,800 by surfacing a warranty they weren’t aware of that ended up fully covering the expense.

🍫 Feeling Snackish: Your chatbot has been working hard for months, and the folks at Mars think it deserves a sweet treat. They released a digital Snickers bar you can feed to your AI by dropping it into the chat window.

🚦 Green Light: We’re all guilty of prompting an LLM, getting distracted, and forgetting to check back in. Someone just designed a clever solution to make sure you never forget when it’s your turn to respond.

What worked for video last year isn’t working this year, at least not the same way.

Stop guessing: Read Wistia’s 2026 State of Video Report to learn what’s actually performing based on a survey of 900+ orgs, 13 million videos, and 79 million hours of viewing data.

Job Match Analysis

ChatGPT Prompt: Act as an expert recruiter, hiring manager, and ATS resume strategist. Analyze my resume against the job description below and provide an honest, evidence-based assessment without inventing any skills, experience, or achievements. Give me an overall fit score from 0–100 and briefly explain the score based on my experience, skills, education, industry knowledge, leadership, and role-specific requirements. Identify my strongest matches, key weaknesses, missing required and preferred qualifications, and any potential hiring risks, such as insufficient experience, unclear impact, career gaps, job-title mismatch, or overqualification. Create a gap analysis table showing each job requirement, its importance, the evidence in my resume, whether it is a strong, partial, or missing match, and how I should address it. Then provide specific recommendations to improve my professional summary, skills section, experience bullets, measurable achievements, keyword usage, and overall resume structure. Finally, tell me whether I should apply now, improve my resume first, or reconsider the role.
