1. Anthropic pools all of its resources into one learning hub: The Claude Academy brings together 355 tutorials, prompting tips, and use case examples to help you master Claude, Cowork, Code, Tag, and the API. The AI lab also rolled out Concise Mode for Claude Code, which limits the tool to short responses. Anthropic is reportedly planning to file IPO paperwork as early as this month.

2. OpenAI lets you send iMessages from ChatGPT Work and Codex: A new Apple Messages plugin syncs your messages to OpenAI’s enterprise tools, letting you search through threads, get updates, and send replies without leaving ChatGPT’s desktop app. Setup instructions and sample prompts are here. Meanwhile, OpenAI CFO Sarah Friar reportedly told employees the lab won’t go public until 2027.

3. Reddit citations have dropped sharply in ChatGPT responses: Reddit’s share of ChatGPT citations has fallen 86% since mid-July, from nearly 4% to roughly 0.5% on August 14th, per Promptwatch. OpenAI has not explained the shift, but it’s an abrupt turnaround: Reddit has historically been one of the most-cited sources for AI chatbots. Explore more AI search data here.

Element Turf runs landscaping crews, not software. Two weeks after hiring Viktor, the AI employee that works in Slack and Microsoft Teams, they had 62 workflows live across 15 tools.

Viktor reads photos of handwritten crew sheets, checks them against clock-ins, and turns equipment issues into repair tickets. In the books, he flagged $134,000 in invoices more than 90 days overdue and drafted the collection emails. A human approves every send. That's the job.
