TODAY IN AI
1. Anthropic expands Claude Cowork’s abilities for enterprise work: Anthropic unveiled a wave of new Claude Cowork plugins that handle workflows for human resources, investment banking, engineering, design, private equity, and more. The AI lab also launched connectors to tools like Google Workspace, DocuSign, FactSet, and WordPress — letting Claude pull context and data directly from enterprise software without leaving the Cowork interface. Admins can also now build private plugin marketplaces, customize workflows from templates, and deploy AI agents across departments. Watch Cowork’s new enterprise plug-ins in action.
2. Notion launches Custom Agents, autonomous AI teammates that work across your tools around the clock: Notion just shipped Custom Agents — fully autonomous AI agents that you set up in plain language, assign a trigger or schedule, and let run 24/7. The agents work across common tools like Notion, Slack, Mail, Calendar, and Figma to automate repetitive tasks. After using this tool internally for months, Notion claims that it now has more agents than employees. It’s currently two months for Business and Enterprise customers. Watch Custom Agents in action.
3. Oura launches AI model built specifically for women's health: Oura announced its first proprietary AI model — built to power its Oura Advisor chatbot that delivers personalized, clinically grounded health guidance for women. The model draws on established medical research reviewed by Oura's in-house board-certified clinicians, then layers in each user's biometric signals (sleep, activity, cycle, stress, and pregnancy data) to tailor its responses. It's rolling out now through Oura Labs, the company's opt-in experimental feature within the Oura app.

How much are AI startups really worth?

Made with Midjourney
Surging valuations. An AI startup announcing millions in funding barely cracks the news cycle anymore. More than 1,300 AI startups have hit valuations of $100M or more, with roughly 500 achieving “unicorn” status of $1B. While the excitement behind the technology is real, a new WSJ analysis suggests the numbers may be getting a boost from something other than fundamentals.
Back-to-back fundraising. Quick turnarounds between raises may be inflating startup valuations. It works like this: a startup sells shares to a lead investor at one valuation, establishes this as a new floor, then quickly issues more shares at a much higher price. The lead investor books a paper gain, and the startup gets to publicize a headline-grabbing number — which helps attract customers, talent, and future funding.
Serval is just one example. In December, the IT AI agent startup Serval closed a private deal with Sequoia Capital valuing the company at under $400M. Days later, it announced a new round at a $1B valuation — jumping $600M in less than a week. This tactic is legal and growing increasingly common. But it's not without risk.
Why this matters. AI excitement, adoption, and revenue growth largely support increasing valuations. But if the industry sentiment starts to shift, inflated valuations could come crashing down — and quickly. The larger AI companies grow, the further a potential correction would spread.

Nano Banana Prompt: [PERSON NAME].
Act as a high-end sports graphic designer creating a conceptual tribute poster. The style is a complex "dual exposure photo-grid composite" with mixed-media textures.
**CENTRAL STRUCTURE (THE VESSEL):**
The central focus is a large-scale, high-contrast black and white portrait silhouette of [PERSON NAME]. This main portrait acts as the container.
**THE GRID FILL & TEXTURES (MIXED MEDIA):**
The interior of the silhouette is populated by a dense "photo mosaic grid" of action shots from the person's career.
**CRITICAL TEXTURE INSTRUCTION:** Do not just paste flat photos. Apply artistic textures to various grid cells to create a tactile, collage feel. Use effects like:
- **Halftone Dots:** Comic-book style raster patterns on some cells.
- **Fabric/Embroidery:** Subtle thread or canvas textures suggesting a jersey or patch.
- **Film Grain:** Heavy noise on specific high-contrast action shots.
**COLOR STRATEGY:**
The base is Monochrome B&W. Use selective color overlays (relevant to the team/flag) ONLY on specific grid cells to create a rhythm.
**TYPOGRAPHY & BRANDING (STRICT MICRO-SCALING):**
1. **Top Left (The Name):** Write "[PERSON NAME]" strictly using the font **Inter Semibold**.
- **Kerning:** Tight negative kerning (-4%).
- **Size:** SMALL and discreet. It must occupy **MAXIMUM 20%** of the canvas width. Do NOT make it large or loud.
1. **Top Right (The Symbol):** Place the primary logo (Team/Brand/Flag).
- **Size:** VERY SMALL. It must occupy **MAXIMUM 10%** of the canvas width.
**COMPOSITION & BACKGROUND:**
- **Background:** Off-white or light grey with a **visible high-quality paper or concrete texture**. It should not be flat digital white.
- **Alignment:** Center the figure perfectly. Maintain wide negative space around the object.
