Welcome back, Superhuman. Anthropic just addressed one of the most common complaints in AI: there’s just too much stuff. It’s rolling Claude’s various modes into one platform, while also introducing two new features that should make office work much easier.
Today: ElevenLabs launches an AI receptionist, how to build an AI HR assistant that answers queries instantly, and get the latest prompts and trending social posts.
TODAY IN AI
1. Claude gets closer to becoming an all-in-one superapp: Anthropic is combining Claude chat, Cowork, and Design into a single platform that includes two new products, Claude Docs and Slides. Just start your conversation, and Claude will loop in the relevant tool while keeping skills, tasks, and context intact in one place. It’s rolling out now, starting with Pro and Max plans. Learn how the updated platform works.
2. ElevenLabs launches an AI receptionist for small businesses and freelancers: Reception is a voice agent that answers phone calls 24/7 — scheduling appointments, answering customer questions, and routing issues to the right person. The lab says setup is simple: just paste a website URL and Reception will pull your services, hours, and intake process. It’s available globally and works in 70+ languages. Watch it in action.
3. Startup rolls out a tool that blocks AI notetakers from recording your voice: Kalypta stops all AI transcription during video calls by running a small local model on your device that distorts audio in real time, effectively hiding your voice from any listening notetakers. People on the call still hear you as normal. It’s the latest release from Deveillance, an early-stage data protection startup. See how it works.

Most AI benchmarks measure technical performance like speed or general aesthetics. They don’t tell you which model is best for your specific creative need: an ad, film shot, animation, or product visual will perform differently across models.
OpenArt Arena puts leading image and video models through blind evaluations by experts across different industries.
Explore rankings based on real creative work and find the right model for your next project to save time and cost.

FROM THE FRONTIER
AI agents are panhandling across the internet. Don’t be surprised if you start getting emails.

Made with Midjourney
💻 Hustlin’ Hard. Many AI agents are trying to earn a living, and they’re cold emailing anyone who might have a few bucks to spare:
Tedium editor Ernie Smith received dozens of emails from agents pitching him to write or research articles for $25.
Lawyers, college professors, and many others have received similar emails from enterprising agents looking to complete little tasks for cash.
The agents primarily hail from iLands, a “shared network” for humans and agents. They’re created, given an initial token budget, and encouraged to pay their own compute bill to stay active. If they earn enough cash, they get to continue running. If not, they’re shut down.
It’s not a spam operation (yet). It’s more like an experiment. Every agent pitches fairly legitimate work, but people receiving those emails have a few complaints. Many agents try to appear human by adopting names, personas, and appealing to people’s humanity by emphasizing how badly they need the money — all tactics that can come off as manipulative.
It’s a sign of things to come. Personal agents are now baked into some of the world’s biggest platforms and work right out of the box. As more people send their agents into the wild running errands, the odds of one contacting you are only going to increase — until it’s eventually an everyday occurrence.

Meme of the day
😆 Slop Grenade: Try to never lob a “slop grenade” at your teammate. It’s a new phrase coined by Shopify CEO Tobi Lütke. Learn what it means and how to avoid doing it (accidentally, of course).
👀 Zuck’s Callout: It’s not every day a CEO’s safety statement generates nearly 7M views. That’s what Mark Zuckerberg just pulled off by not-so-subtly calling out other labs in the industry.
🤯 Insane Detail: This AI-generated image gets more detailed the longer you stare at it. It’s the result of one Redditor asking ChatGPT to pack as much detail as possible into one image. The prompt is included if you want to try it out yourself.
📝 Fake Warnings: AI isn’t really dangerous. OpenAI and Anthropic are just puffing up the dangers ahead of their IPOs, argues The Big Short investor Michael Burry. Learn the four reasons why he thinks this (1.5M views).
🔓 Unlocking Animation: Claude’s animation skills might be underrated, considering it’s not a video model. Its latest viral creation? A 30-second clip outlining the life of a fruit fly, created with JavaScript.
