Welcome back, Superhuman. We’ve officially entered the “vibe astronomy” phase of AI, with one Redditor claiming to have discovered a new planet candidate using Claude Code. Back on Earth, Claude just got two new tools that help you turn data and ideas into visual explanations.
Today: Gemini 2.0 is here, how to find the 20% of actions that will drive 80% of your progress using Claude, and get the latest prompts and trending social posts.
TODAY IN AI
1. Anthropic adds two new Claude tools for analytics and visual storytelling: Claude Dashboards lets you build auto-refreshing dashboards powered by your team’s preferred data sources. Separately, Claude Motion helps you turn ideas, decks, or proposals into short explainer videos and animations. Anthropic says both features are designed to complement existing software tools, rather than replace them. Watch how they work.
2. Google introduces a new universal agent for work: At its Gemini at Work 2026 event — which debuted from NASA’s Hangar One — the tech leader unveiled a 24/7 cloud-based agent to handle almost any task, from answering simple questions to getting work done. The new agent, conveniently also called Gemini, is accessible from any device and works across Gmail, Drive, Docs, Slides, and the rest of G-Workspace. Read everything else announced at Gemini at Work.
3. Three fired OpenAI safety researchers publish an open letter: In the letter, Tomek Korbak, Jasmine Wang, and Mikita Balesni express concern over their firings, arguing that they have always acted in line with OpenAI’s policies and suggesting that the lab’s “norms” are shifting. In a statement to TechCrunch, OpenAI reaffirmed that the researchers had shown a “pattern of misconduct” in handling research information. Read the full letter here.

TUTORIAL
How to find the 20% of actions driving 80% of your progress using Claude
Open Claude > Projects for one goal where you want to improve.
Go to the Connectors tab in Settings and connect your calendar.
Add your goal, current routine, time available, constraints, and recent progress to the Project instructions.
Sample Prompt: “Audit my calendar. Using the 80/20 rule, identify the three to five actions most likely to create outsized progress toward [goal]. Rank them by expected ROI based on impact, effort, and speed to results. Explain why each action matters, what I should deprioritize, and how to apply each one immediately within [time/budget/other constraints]. Turn the top actions into a simple weekly plan with measurable targets.”
At the end of each week, return to the same Project and add what you completed, what worked, and where you got stuck.
Ask Claude to re-rank your highest-leverage actions for the next week based on your latest results.
👉 This idea is adapted from Ben Meer’s How to Be Good at Life, a practical guide to help you build simple systems for improving work, health, money, relationships, and more.
FROM THE FRONTIER
How this week shaped AI: the biggest updates & releases

Made with Midjourney
🤯 OpenAI dropped a knowledge bomb. The AI lab released 719 manuscripts offering solutions to, or progress on, some of mathematics’ hardest open problems. Experts are still verifying the results — and the world is still digesting the implications.
🏎 Meanwhile, AI drove Wall Street higher. US stocks briefly regained their all-time highs this week, fueled by strong earnings and expectations that even fatter profits are on the way. AI’s acting like a rising tide, lifting stock prices across industries: Big Tech tech is up (Microsoft’s +40% YTD), along with chipmakers (Nvidia’s +50%), memory producers (Micron’s +660%), and even construction firms supplying the data center buildout (Caterpillar’s +240%).
Here’s what else you should know from this week:
ChatGPT got a new user interface: The chatbot now answers your questions more visually, leaning on graphics, charts, and tools instead of text blocks.
Claude joined forces with Google Workspace: Anthropic released an integration with Google Workspace that lets Claude make direct edits to your Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Two startups launched personal AI computers a day apart: Ghost AI unveiled Core, a home computer that offers 24/7 AI features. The next day, Oki Home released a rival device.
🩺 In the doctor’s office: Nolla Health received regulatory approval to let AI write prescriptions, with a first-of-its-kind pilot program starting in Utah.
