1. ChatGPT rolls out workplace updates for Codex and hardware-key account security: Codex now helps you work directly on documents, spreadsheets, slides, and more — while also connecting to popular workplace apps. See how it works here. Separately, OpenAI announced Advanced Account Security for ChatGPT, an upgraded security tier that links your account to a physical hardware key — available to anyone.

2. Mira launches smart glasses that act as a second brain: Mira’s AI glasses monitor your day and build a profile based on your conversations — remembering preferences, patterns, and experiences. The glasses can also take action for you, booking appointments, sending emails, or translating conversations in 60+ languages. Watch them in action.

3. Contra Labs benchmarks AI’s creativity and finds no model leads all three phases: The Human Creativity Benchmark uses human professionals to score AI’s creative outputs in three areas: ideation, mockup, and refinement. The high-level results: Claude is best for ideation, Gemini leads for design systems, and ChatGPT closes hardest in refinement. Learn more here.

FROM THE FRONTIER

AI-generated music is transitioning from fad to full-blown industry

Mic’d up. AI music felt like it might be a passing novelty that would quickly fade. It hasn’t. ElevenLabs, the $11B voice generation lab, just launched ElevenMusic, a platform where users can create and discover AI tracks. It joins Suno and Udio in a category that's gone from fad to full-blown industry in roughly a year.

Flooding the charts. Last November, Breaking Rust became the first fully AI artist to hit #1 on a Billboard chart. Weeks later, Telisha Jones used Suno to create Xania Monet, another AI chart-topper that landed a $3M deal. Suno itself just crossed $300M ARR with 2M paid subscribers — many of them working on the next AI hit.

Unlocking creativity. AI tools eliminate the need for an expensive studio, years of practice, and knowledge of music theory. The result: anyone with a laptop can create music that (based on the number of streams some AI songs have gotten) genuinely resonates with audiences. But there’s a fine line between democratization and extraction.

Protecting artists. In a world where anyone can create a chart-topper from a text prompt, the artists who actually inspired the training data deserve recognition and protection. Expect rightsholder economics to become a key issue over the next 12 months as AI song streams — and revenue — continue to soar.

PROMPT STATION

Design Your Deep Work Environment

Prompt:
<role>Act as a deep work environment architect applying Nikola Tesla's isolation principles — Tesla built dedicated laboratories specifically engineered to eliminate every distraction and signal to his brain that entering meant one thing only: intense creative work.</role>

<task>Design a physical and digital environment that signals deep work the moment I enter it — making distraction structurally impossible and focus structurally inevitable.</task>

<steps>
1. Ask for my current workspace setup, available space, and biggest environmental distractions before starting
2. Design the physical environment — layout, lighting, sound, and visual cues that trigger focus
3. Design the digital environment — apps closed, notifications off, and tools ready before the session starts
4. Create an environment entry ritual — the 2-minute sequence that tells my brain deep work begins now
5. Build a distraction elimination system — making every interruption harder to access than the work
</steps>

<rules>
- Physical and digital environment must be set up before the session — never during
- Entry ritual must be under 2 minutes — never elaborate enough to skip
- Every distraction must have added friction — not just willpower
- Environment must work even on zero motivation days
- Test: would Tesla recognize this as a place where serious work happens
</rules>

Hand-Drawn Doodle

Source: oggii_0

ChatGPT Image 2.0 Prompt: Analyze the uploaded image and preserve the original subject, composition, and lighting. Do not alter the identity or structure of the main subject. Add playful, hand-drawn doodles that interact directly with the subject in the image. The doodles should mimic, follow, or exaggerate the shapes, gestures, or motion present-such as outlining poses, extending limbs, adding motion lines, or creating imaginative elements that "respond" to the subject.

Ensure the doodles feel naturally integrated into the scene, as if they were drawn on top of the photo with intention.

Use a sketchy, imperfect, hand-drawn style with organic lines, slightly uneven strokes, and a casual illustrated feel.

Include whimsical handwritten text elements placed around the image. The text should match the mood or implied context of the scene, with a playful and spontaneous tone.

Avoid fixed phrases-generate context-aware, creative, and humorous text that fits each unique image. Maintain a balanced composition so the doodles enhance the image without overwhelming the original subject. Keep the overall aesthetic fun, expressive, and social-media-ready. High resolution, clean overlay, vibrant yet natural color harmony.
