1. Google supercharges Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive with Gemini-powered creation and cross-app intelligence: Gemini is now embedded directly into Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive — each now capable of pulling context from your files, emails, and the web to generate personalized content. Docs can write first drafts that mirror your writing style, Sheets can draft spreadsheets from scratch and auto-populate tables with real-time info from Google Search, and Slides can generate fully editable, theme-matched slides on demand. Plus, Drive now answers complex natural-language questions across your documents, emails, calendar, and the web. All features are rolling out now in beta to Google AI Ultra and Pro subscribers. Watch the new features in action.

2. Meta Platforms buys Moltbook, the AI agent social network: Meta acquired Moltbook, the Reddit-like social media platform where AI agents powered by OpenClaw can interact with one another — posting, commenting, and organizing autonomously. Moltbook co-founders Matt Schlicht and Ben Parr are joining Meta Superintelligence Labs as part of the deal, though full terms were not disclosed. The acquisition comes just weeks after OpenClaw creator Peter Steinberger joined OpenAI in a similar acquihire, signaling that the major AI labs are rapidly snapping up the talent behind the emerging agent infrastructure layer.

3. Yann LeCun officially unveils AMI Labs, a world model startup that just raised $1.03 billion: Turing Prize winner Yann LeCun formally announced Advanced Machine Intelligence (AMI) Labs, his new startup building world models — or AI systems that learn from the real world rather than text. The company has raised $1.03B at a $3.5B pre-money valuation with a leadership team that includes CEO Alexandre LeBrun (former Meta AI/Nabla founder), COO Laurent Solly (Meta’s former VP for Europe), and chief science officer Saining Xie. AMI Labs says it will publish research openly and make much of its code open source. Learn more here.

When trying to spin up effective AI agents, it’s easy to get stuck in the prompting weeds. This ebook from You. com reveals five stages for building a successful AI agent and why most organizations haven’t gotten there yet.

In this guide, you’ll learn:

  • Why prompts alone aren’t enough and how context unlocks reliable agent automation

  • Four essential ways to calculate ROI, plus when and how to use each metric

If you're ready to go beyond the prompt, this is the ebook for you.

a16z redefines AI. Andreessen Horowitz just released the 6th edition of its Top 100 Gen AI Web Products, ranking today’s top AI tools by web traffic. For the first time ever, the list includes familiar legacy workplace tools that have revamped their platforms — and are now AI-powered to their core.

Top-ranked design tools. Ranked #3 is Canva, a design tool that overhauled its platform last October to include 25+ AI tools, including a model trained specifically to understand design. At #11 is Freepik, a former stock photo library that has evolved into an all-in-one creative suite — bundling 12+ image models, video generation, voice tools, and workflow automation.

Writing and productivity. Grammarly (#18) has evolved from a simple grammar checker to an AI communication platform, launching specialized writing agents that can find citations, grade work, and humanize content. Notion (#9) already offered deep AI functionality but recently upped the ante with Custom Agents — autonomous AI workers that keep projects moving forward, even while you sleep.

The evolving toolkit. Today's companies ship new features faster than ever, which offers a gentle reminder: while hunting for the next best AI tool is important, so is auditing your existing stack. There's a chance even your most-used platforms have added functionality you didn't know was there.

1. Identify at least 10 different “angles” based on psychology triggers (FOMO, curiosity, controversy, transformation, insider tips, shock, relatability, etc.).
2. Write 15 short, punchy hooks — 3–10 words for maximum impact — using a mix of these angles.
3. Keep hooks conversational, easy to say out loud, and optimized for the first seconds of a video.
4. Avoid generic phrases like “Check this out” — be specific, emotional, and surprising.
5. Where possible, include numbers, timeframes, or unusual claims to increase curiosity.
6. Optional: Suggest quick supporting visuals or B-roll ideas for each hook.
