Anthropic debuts Opus 5.5 and extends extra usage: Opus 5.5 offers Fable-level performance, costs 40% less than Opus 5, and writes more naturally, addressing a common complaint with recent Claude models. It’s available now across Claude tools. To accompany the launch, the lab has increased five-hour usage limits on paid plans and added a rate limit reset you can use at any point. OpenAI expands the GPT-6 family with two cheaper Astra alternatives: GPT-6 Sol targets high-performance use cases that require advanced reasoning, while GPT-6 Luna is geared toward everyday tasks and optimized for speed and cost. How to automate new-hire onboarding with Grok Bot

Open the Grok Bot app and add the Onboarding Manager from SpaceXAI’s Use Cases page. You can also create one manually via New > Create new Bot.
Connect the systems containing your onboarding material at Connectors, such as Google Drive, Notion, SharePoint, Outlook, or Microsoft Teams.
Give the Bot access to your onboarding checklist, employee handbook, IT setup guides, policies, team docs, and other approved resources.
Give it a clear onboarding brief for each new hire.
Sample prompt: “Onboard [Name], our new [Role], starting [Date]. Build a checklist for their first week using our approved onboarding documents. Pull the relevant policies, tools, training, and team resources into one place. Answer questions only from those sources, flag anything unclear, and identify blockers that need HR, IT, or their manager. Do not send messages, create accounts, or make changes without approval.”
Test the Bot with real questions. Correct any mistakes. Then ask Grok Bot to save it as a Skill so the same onboarding process can be reused for future hires.
