• Open any document you want to work on

• Click the Claude sidebar (usually on the right side of Word) to launch it

• Type a prompt like “rewrite this professionally” or “summarize this section”

• Review Claude’s suggestions directly in the document

• Ask follow-ups in the sidebar to refine tone, length, or clarity
