How to Brainstorm Ideas Using ChatGPT

  • Go to ChatGPT and log into your account.

  • Make sure you select GPT-4o as the model at the top

  • Ask ChatGPT to help you brainstorm. Give ChatGPT the main topic of your idea and sub-topics.

Here’s the prompt I used to create the image above: Create a mind map to brainstorm new ideas for our [enter details]. Start with the central topic of [enter the main topic] and branch out to subtopics such as [enter sub-topics].

  • Turn the interactive chart to a static image by selecting the click icon at the top and you are done!

How to Make Charts from Spreadsheets using ChatGPT

  • Go to ChatGPT and upload your Excel sheet (Don’t upload any sensitive data to ChatGPT)

  • Ask it to analyze the spreadsheet’s data and then convert it into a process to map

Prompt: Analyze this spreadsheet and create a mind map of [Insert Your Topic]. Show all topics as central ideas, and add main branches, and sub-branches to it.

  • Now ask ChatGPT to covert this text into Markdown format

  • Copy this markdown code and go to https://markmap.js.org/repl

  • Paste the code on MarkMap and it will give you the visual representation of your mind map

  • You can download it as an HTML code for online use or as an SVG for pictures

How to create beautiful presentations with AI

  1. Go to the Gamma website and sign up.

  2. Once you’re signed up, you’ll get an option to create slides by pasting text, uploading a file, or giving it a prompt.

  3. You can pick any option you like. For this example, I’ll pick the prompting option.

  4. On the next screen, pick how many slides you want, and the language, describe the content of the slides, and click generate.

  5. You can also use its AI to find or generate an image

  6. Next you’ll be able to pick what kind of design and colors you’d like for the presentation.

  7. The app will create the presentation in a few seconds.

  8. Edit the contents of the slides to suit your needs.g. Provide an example of applying this technique to a concept within the topic.

How to generate images on WhatsApp with Meta AI

  • Open WhatsApp and click on the Meta logo at the top of the screen.

  • It will open a new chat window for you.

  • Explain what you want to generate and watch the magic happen.

  • It will generate images for you in real-time.

  • You can share your creations with your friends and family on WhatsApp and enjoy.
