Amazon & Anthropic release AI healthcare tools
ALSO: How predictive intelligence can streamline your sales pipeline at Salesforce

Welcome back, Superhuman. Major AI companies have long steered clear of the highly-regulated healthcare sector. But that’s changing fast. OpenAI launched ChatGPT Health just two weeks ago, and now Anthropic and Amazon have launched AI healthcare tools of their own. The trend is clear — health is AI’s next frontier.
Today: Learn about Anthropic and Amazon’s AI healthcare tools, how predictive intelligence can streamline your Salesforce sales pipeline, and get the latest prompts and trending social posts.
TODAY IN AI
1. Amazon and Anthropic release new healthcare AI updates: Anthropic launched four health integrations for Claude in beta (Apple Health, Health Connect, HealthEx, and Function Health). After you opt in, the AI model will be able to connect to these tools and summarize your medical history, offer advice, or spot patterns across fitness metrics. Meanwhile, Amazon debuted Health AI for One Medical members — a 24/7 assistant that pulls from your records, labs, and medications to offer personalized guidance in-app.
2. Podium hits $100M in AI agent revenue in under 24 months. Podium’s CEO announced on X that his startup just crossed $100M in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and has experienced 300% year-over-year AI revenue growth. The startup’s core product is Jerry: an AI employee that qualifies leads, handles objections, follows up, and works 24/7. The startup claims to have 10,000+ AI agents live in production. Watch Jerry in action or learn more here.
3. Remotion launches Agent Skills for AI video creation. Remotion (an open-source framework that lets developers create MP4 videos programmatically using React) just released Agent Skills, letting you create videos entirely through Claude Code prompts. To get started, just connect Claude Code with Remotion and start turning natural language into programmatic video. Learn how it works or see it in action here.

FROM THE FRONTIER
Your AI is an actor — and understanding its “character” is key to getting better results

Made with Midjourney
AI models are actors. Large Language Models (LLMs) absorb countless personas during training (heroes, villains, therapists, con artists), then get fine-tuned to play one role: the helpful Assistant. New research from Anthropic reveals how this character works — and how you can shape it to your advantage.
Assigning a character. Giving your AI model a professional character to play (consultant, analyst, editor, coach) anchors the model closer to its helpful "Assistant" persona — often leading to better results. If you feel like your model is offering sub-par answers, try reframing the conversation by having it adopt a professional persona.
This also mitigates risks. Anthropic’s research shows that the further away a chatbot gets from its default “assistant mode”, the more likely it is to comply with dangerous requests. Therapy and philosophical chats are especially risky. Anthropic uses a technique called activation capping to reduce this drift — but you can also protect yourself by keeping prompts grounded in professional archetypes.
Test it out for yourself. Anthropic partnered with Neuronpedia to let you see how AI models can drift off-course during a conversation. This demo lets you chat with a standard model vs. an activation-capped version — and watch persona drift happen in real-time.
In Salesforce, enable Einstein Lead Scoring from Setup.
Go to settings and exclude irrelevant or noisy fields (like Zip Code or generic location data). This helps the model focus only on attributes that truly correlate with buying intent.
Once the model is live, the Lead Scorecard displays a score from 1–99. Crucially, the AI provides the "Top Positives" behind each score, giving reps the exact context they need for a personalized conversation.
Go to Setup → Flow Builder and create a record-triggered flow on the Lead object.
Set the condition: Einstein Lead Score ≥ 85.
Automatically route these leads to a high-priority queue, notify reps, or create follow-up tasks instantly.
By letting AI dictate the sequence, you remove the guesswork and focus energy where the intent is highest.
P.S. We asked the Salesforce team if we could get a discount for our readers. They were kind enough to give us the code NEWYEAR60 for 60% off on the Salesforce Starter Suite.
