The "Do Anything" AI agent

ALSO: How to Convert Any Image Into a Reusable JSON Prompt

Welcome back, Superhuman. There’s a new AI agent that can help with almost any task and work independently for months at a time. The coolest part: each agent comes with its own name and email address, so it acts as itself — rather than impersonating you.

Today: The Do Anything agent, learn how to convert any image into a reusable JSON prompt, and get the latest prompts and trending social posts.

P.S. We’re Hiring. I’m looking to bring on a writer/reporter with a technical background who can write for devs and engineers. If you’re interested, please send me your resume or LinkedIn profile and a short paragraph about yourself at [email protected]

TODAY IN AI

1. Do Anything launches AI agents that work autonomously “for months”: The startup just announced its alpha for a new class of AI agents that the company claims can operate independently on projects for months at a time. Each agent gets its own name and email address, allowing it to take action as itself — rather than impersonating you across your tools. The agents are powered by a new framework called MEESEEKS, built to help AI manage entire projects instead of just individual tasks. Try out the Do Anything agent here.

2. DeepSeek is preparing to launch a new flagship AI model focused on coding: The Chinese AI startup is reportedly close to releasing DeepSeek V4 in mid-February. Internal testing suggests that the model could outperform both Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's GPT series on coding benchmarks, with notable breakthroughs in processing extremely long code prompts. The release signals DeepSeek's continued push to challenge Western AI labs while spending a fraction of their compute budgets.

3. Elon Musk's lawsuit against OpenAI will go to trial in March: A U.S. judge ruled there's enough evidence to support Musk’s case, setting the stage for a jury trial this spring. Musk sued OpenAI and co-founders Sam Altman and Greg Brockman in 2024, alleging they betrayed their original contractual agreements by pursuing profits instead of the nonprofit's founding mission to develop AI that benefits humanity. OpenAI called the lawsuit "baseless" and part of Musk's ongoing pattern of harassment.

FROM THE FRONTIER

The gap between AI's promise and how people actually use it

Made with Midjourney

AI’s unexpected work/life balance. Perplexity and Harvard researchers just published one of the first large-scale studies of how people actually use AI agents. They discovered that personal use made up 55% of all queries, compared to just 30% for professional topics — helping to solidify a key trend.

The pattern holds across studies. Perplexity's findings align with a September study from OpenAI, which revealed that 70% of ChatGPT usage is focused on non-work tasks. A trend is now becoming clear: users are treating both chatbots and agents more like personal concierge tools than workplace productivity partners.

The at-home revolution. AI still has vast implications for the workforce, with both employees and corporations rushing to deploy it effectively. But Perplexity and OpenAI’s data suggests that the real adoption is happening at home: helping people tackle life’s many tasks.

Tech has seen this pattern before. Perplexity’s researchers noted that AI’s personal-use-first adoption mirrors another key tech product: the personal computer (PC). PCs were originally marketed for games and recipes before evolving into the workplace staple they are today. AI appears to be following a similar trajectory.

PROMPT STATION

Train ChatGPT to Learn Your Writing Style

Prompt: Analyze the following text to deeply understand the author’s writing style, voice, and tone.

Specifically:
Identify sentence length patterns, structure, and rhythm
Note vocabulary level, formality, and recurring phrases
Detect tonal traits (e.g. confident, conversational, analytical, playful, persuasive)
Observe use of formatting (short lines, bullets, emphasis, hooks, conclusions)
Identify any stylistic rules the author seems to follow or avoid

After the analysis:
Summarize the writing style in 5–7 clear bullet points.
Extract explicit style rules (what to do and what to avoid).
Create a reusable master prompt that instructs ChatGPT to generate new content in this exact same style, voice, and tone.
Include placeholders so the prompt can be reused for different topics, formats, and lengths.
Ensure the generated content sounds human-written, natural, and consistent with the original author.

Text to analyze:[paste text here]

(Optional Add-On)
Before writing, ask any clarifying questions needed to closely match the style.

The Artist Selfie

Source: beetox

Midjourney Prompt: This hyper-realistic selfie shows [ARTIST NAME] painting "[FAMOUS ARTWORK NAME]" in [SETTING / LOCATION]. [ARTIST LAST NAME] stands at arm’s length from the camera, their arm clearly extended toward it, as if holding a phone (though the phone is nowhere to be seen). They have [DISTINCTIVE FACIAL FEATURES / HAIRSTYLE] and wear [CLOTHING STYLE / ERA-ACCURATE OUTFIT].

In the background, an easel holds "[FAMOUS ARTWORK NAME]" in progress, surrounded by [ENVIRONMENTAL DETAILS / OBJECTS]. [ATMOSPHERIC ELEMENTS: lighting, weather, time of day] enhance the scene. The image captures the casual, iPhone-esque framing of a selfie, cinematic lighting, shallow depth of field, and ultra-realistic skin texture and fabric detail.
